Hannams is a leading manufacturer of quality fabricated metal products for the transportation, hospitality and health industries.

Hannams was incorporated on 8th April 1909, and for the majority of its business life has been primarily involved in the manufacture and supply of stainless steel theatre and ward furniture for public hospitals, private hospitals and nursing homes throughout Australia.

Given the experience built up over approximately seventy years in this exacting and highly specialised area, the Directors saw potential for diversifying the expertise of Hannams across a wider scope of fabrication and engineering applications.

It is through the Company's ability to interpret the changing requirements of the marketplace for practical and functional design which has enabled Hannams to be competitively involved in the following industrial/commercial areas:

• Stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment for the Hospitality Industry
• Specialised repetition components for railway rolling stock produced from stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and metals with a painted finish
• Aircraft galley and cabin equipment
• Metal support equipment for railway signalling
• General repetition CNC components and parts
• Manufacture of galleys for railway buffet cars

Since its inception, Hannams has been designing and manufacturing its range of products according to customer and market needs, at the same time maintaining stringent quality control at each stage of the production process.
