For over 60 years, Hannams has been designing and producing a range of quality medical equipment items for use within all departments in both public and private hospitals throughout Australia. Our range includes stainless steel blanket and solution (fluid) warming cabinets, theatre and ward trolleys and mortuary equipment.

All our products are fabricated from durable and high quality raw materials to ensure that they are robust and functionally suitable for use within a healthcare environment. Meticulous attention is provided by our engineers, so that each finished article meets safe operating standards for staff as well as meeting acceptable expectations for cleaning, maintenance and storage.

Hannams has the design and manufacturing capabilities to produce all our healthcare products to a standard design or they can be fabricated to meet particular customer requirments.

Blanket Warming Cabinets

For over 60 years, Hannams has been designing and producing a range of quality warming cabinets in order to reduce the risk of hypothermic reaction , post-operative discomfort as well as stress in patients. Blankets are gently heated to restore body temperature post-surgery and assist thermo-regulation.

Hannams blanket warming cabinets are used throughout all departments in both public and private hospitals in Australia – Recovery, Maternity, General Ward, Specialist, ED, ICU and Operating Theatres.

All our warming cabinets, both standard and custom-made, are constructed from an welded stainless steel frame and panelling, fully insulated, thermostatically controlled and fitted with electronic temperature/readout controls. They include stainless steel perforated shelves, cable and plug for 240V/AC and have adjustable feet for levelling or mounted on plate castors with foot brakes. Calibrated temperature can be varied to customer’s specific requirement.

Cabinets can be made to our standard range or to meet customer’s individual requirements at time of ordering.

Solution (Fluid) Warming Cabinets

For over 60 years, Hannams has been designing and producing a range of quality solution (fluid) warming cabinets to offer a safe and accurate method of determining and maintaining saline, irrigation, glycine, parenteral IPD fluid temperature to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Hannams solution (fluid) warming cabinets are used throughout all departments in both public and private hospitals in Australia – Recovery, Maternity, General Ward, Specialist, ED, ICU and Operating Theatres.

All our solution (fluid) warming cabinets, both standard and custom-made, are constructed from an welded stainless steel frame and panelling, fully insulated, thermostatically controlled and fitted with electronic temperature/readout controls. Mortuary Equipment

Hannams is well experienced in designing and manufacturing a wide range of quality and functional stainless steel mortuary equipment for public hospital mortuaries, forensic pathology institutions, university anatomical and histology departments, funerals and pathology laboratories. Our range includes the following:-

Our mortuary equipment is produced from durable commercial grade stainless steel, 304 commercial grade or 316 marine grade with a satin polished finish. All welding is by the TIG process and all joins are seam welded, ground and polished. In this way, all crevasses are alleviated thus avoiding areas that may harbour infection.

Special design features are provided for safe handling by operators, such as radiused corners and safety edges on folded tops. Rubber bumpers of different material composites, both square or circular, are available with all trolleys in order to protect the facility’s interior surfaces, such as walls, doors and corridors.

Our standard mortuary range can be custom made to suit specific customer requirements.

Our theatre and ward equipment is produced from durable commercial grade stainless steel, 304 grade with a satin polished finish.
